Key Product Features

1. Food-grade safety, health assurance (Non-Toxic & Potable)

• Picture suggestion: A pair of clean hands holding a cut PE pipe, or a picture showing a water faucet directly connected to the PE pipe and flowing clear water.

• Copy: Using 100% natural PE100 material, without heavy metal additives, no scaling, no bacterial growth. Fully complies with 

drinking water hygiene standards (such as UK WRAS or US NSF related standards), and is safe for drinking water transportation.

2. Excellent flexibility and shock resistance (Excellent Flexibility & Shock Resistance)

• Picture suggestion: A long PE pipe being laid in the wild following the terrain, or a picture showing the test of the PE pipe quickly restoring its original shape after being crushed by a truck.

• Copy: The elongation rate of PE pipe fracture exceeds 500%. It has excellent flexibility and can adapt to uneven foundation settlement and displacement caused by earthquakes. When laid underground, it can follow the natural curvature of the pipe trench, reducing the use of pipe fittings and reducing costs.

3. Seamless connection, absolutely leak-proof (Seamless Joint & Leak-proof)

• Picture suggestion: A close-up of the on-site butt fusion operation, showing the perfect weld ring formed at the connection point.

• Copy: Using butt fusion or electric fusion connection. The strength of the connection point is higher than that of the pipeline itself, 

forming an integrated, seamless water supply network, completely eliminating water resource waste and leakage risks caused by aging joints.

4. Smooth inner wall, smoother water flow (Low Flow Resistance)

• Picture suggestion: A close-up of the mirror-like high gloss inside the pipe, clean and smooth.

• Copy: The hydraulic smoothness coefficient (Hazen-Williams coefficient) of the inner wall is much higher than that of metal pipes. 

This means that under the same conditions, it can reduce water transportation energy consumption and provide a larger water output.
